Healthcare Cabrini is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their homes, under the supervision of a registered nurse. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others and be dedicated to providing the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
•
Provide basic care and assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
•
Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises
•
Document and report any changes
•
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
•
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
•
Communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
•
Current certification as a CNA in the state of Massachusetts
•
Experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
•
Dedication to providing high-quality care
•
Willingness to work flexible hours
